Payment plans are available.
This program is intentionally designed to balance accessibility with high-value, structured mentorship. A limited number of partial scholarship opportunities are available for each cohort to support accessibility.
Meet
DR. KATIA HALL
Dr. Katia Hall brings over a decade of clinical experience and healthcare leadership to the nurse practitioners she mentors. Her background combines advanced clinical training, business ownership, and academic leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and the complexities of running a successful practice.
​
Dr. Hall holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate at George Washington University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business with an expected graduation date of May 2026.

As the owner of Alpha Psychiatric Services, an outpatient mental health clinic established in 2019, Dr. Hall has extensive experience building and managing a patient-centered practice that accepts both insurance and cash-pay models. Her expertise extends beyond clinical care to include healthcare operations, credentialing strategy, and practice development.

Through Empower NP Solutions, Dr. Hall provides nurse practitioners with the practical guidance and strategic insight needed to launch, grow, and sustain their own practices with confidence.
